Cedar & Salt
A dining identity built around cedar, salt and the late light of Gemmayzeh.
Cedar & Salt asked for a brand that felt Lebanese without leaning on cliche.
We started with the name — two ingredients, no ornament — then drew a mark that could sit on a matchbox, a wine list and a linen napkin. The palette is charcoal, warm plaster and a single green pulled from the cedar. Menus, coasters, staff uniforms and the window lettering all come from the same short set of rules.
